National Home and Apartment Sales Figures: Corelogic

Residential real estate underpins Australia's wealth and has reached a portfolio value of $7.2 trillion as of August 2017. 

Houses are taking longer to sell and dwelling sales are slightly lower of the past year although the declines have levelled in most cities. Growth rental yields continue to compress.

Corelogic has released figures for the weekly private treaty sale results in Australia’s state capital cities for the week ending 13 August. The previous four weeks results are included for comparison.
