Coogee Luxury Apartments Approved on Appeal

Plans for a luxury apartment development close to the beach in a blue-ribbon Eastern Sydney suburb have been approved on appeal.
Builder-developer Attena Group had appealed a deemed refusal of its project at 56 and 58 Bream Street at Coogee in the NSW Land and Environment Court last month.
The Sydney-based developer wants to build a part-three, part-four-storey residential block of seven units on an “underdeveloped” sloping site near the Coogee Oval and Coogee Beach.
