Tim Price is the Executive Director and founder of Time & Place, a boutique developer delivering large-scale, design-led projects across Melbourne and Sydney. With over 25 years in property, Tim has led more than $4 billion in developments, driven by a passion for quality, innovation, and customer experience.

Jeremy is the founding director of Breathe, an architecture studio known for its commitment to sustainable urban design and affordable housing. Breathe initiated The Commons in Brunswick, the prototype for Nightingale Housing, a not-for-profit organisation reshaping how Melburnians access well-designed, sustainable, community-focused homes.

A former Winter Olympian turned property leader, Katya drives projects at Hip v Hype that champion sustainability and design excellence. She will share insights on how ESG and design-led thinking are reshaping residential development.

Anne is at the forefront of diversity and leadership in construction and development. As a director of sheBuilt, she advocates for greater inclusion in the sector while leading complex projects across Melbourne.
