Mayd Group Settles Record $32.5m Deal for Kirra Site
Queensland-based developer Mayd Group has completed a $32.5-million settlement for a 4742sq m beachfront site at Kirra.
It was the Gold Coast’s largest property transaction for 2025 and the second largest in the region’s history.
The transaction includes seven amalgamated parcels at 2-6 Pacific Parade and 27-33 Golden Four Drive, Bilinga, which the developer acquired from Elizabeth Meixner.
