Consolidated Properties Set To Unveil $14m Casuarina Development

B

Master developer of the $1.5 billion Casuarina Beach on the Tweed Coast,

Consolidated Properties is set to unveil a new $14 million beachside residential project.

The new residential precinct in Casuarina, Beach Life has been designed to compliment the future town centre and retail developments.

Consolidated Properties is set to deliver 29 brand new boutique beach houses along Casuarina Way that will be adjacent to the town centre precinct. The centres construction will commence shortly and will include a Coles supermarket and specialty stores.

Colliers International Marketing Director, Tony Holland believes that Beach Life will follow the success of Consolidated Properties last residential land subdivision at Casuarina, The Pocket.

“The demand for the blocks at an average price of $370,000 was astonishing and was snapped up by local buyers seeking to build beachside homes within the Casuarina Town Centre precinct.” Mr Holland said.

Beach Life will feature three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhomes priced from $450,000. Mr Holland urges anyone with interest in the development to register early, as they will be sold quickly due to the strong demand in Tweed Coast’s residential properties.

Consolidated Properties has identified a strong demand for medium density homes that appeal to a whole new demographic of buyers.

Consolidated Properties Executive Chairman, Don O’Rorke believes that Beach Life introduces a new type of housing that has not been seen in the Casuarina market in recent years.

“It’s all about low maintenance, easy living – made possible by clever architectural design and a fantastic location where people can easily walk to the beach, cycle to the gym and meet friends for a coffee.

“We expect to see a strong take-up from young couples and families, investors and those who want a quality lock and leave holiday home in a popular coastal destination.” Mr O’Rorke said.

Architect, Scott Carpenter says that Beach Life will be extremely successful due to it being designed to reflect a casual but contemporary beach home.

“With 164 to 195 square metres of living space, and each with their own private courtyard, these beach homes are low maintenance yet spacious enough for a family to be comfortable in.

“The pricing is well under prices for a typical three-bedroom beach home on the Tweed Coast.” Mr Carpenter said.

Queensland’s

Hutchinson Builders whom have been constructing within Casuarina for over a decade will construct Beach Life.
