Consolidated Breaks Ground on Yeerongpilly’s 25-Storey Gloriette

Consolidated Properties has broken ground on its 25-storey residential project, Gloriette, at Yeerongpilly in Brisbane’s south. 

While sentiment may have taken a tumble nationally, South-East Queensland continues to fire, giving groups such as Brisbane developer Consolidated Properties Group (CPG) confidence to take projects forward. 

CPG head of residential James MacGinley said reaching pre-sales hurdles and beginning construction was a strong endorsement of demand for this kind of project.
