A site that served Sydney’s Croatian community for four decades is poised for transformation.
The former Club Punchbowl is slated for a mixed-use precinct including 334 homes, retail spaces and a new registered club.
The rezoning application covers a 2ha area incorporating 913–925 Punchbowl and 21–23 Canterbury roads, 3.3km south-east of Bankstown.
