Chiwayland Launches Second Stage Of Boutique ‘Marine’s Hill’

Ext-View-1-High-Res

Global developer, Chiwayland has announced the launch of the second stage of its $78.9 million ‘Marine’s Hill’ project in Epping.

Designed by architects Robertson + Marks, the highly anticipated second stage of Marine’s Hill features 40 contemporary apartments across two low-rise buildings. Chiwayland Australia, Director, Brian Chen said the launch of Marine’s Hill second stage comes soon after the successful sell-out of stage one.

“Marine’s Hill has already attracted a wealth of local buyers familiar with the convenient lifestyle offering of Epping as well as a number of savvy investors looking to secure an apartment in one of Sydney’s fastest growing suburbs,” Mr Chen said.

“As a result of the significant levels of interest in the project, we have brought forward the launch of the second stage of this unique development.”

The second stage of the project will see one-bedroom apartments starting from $625,000, two-bedroom apartments starting from $920,000, and three-bedroom apartments from $1,280,000, all with parking.

Marine’s Hill offers resident’s access to major regional shopping centres, a number of private schools and Macquarie University as well health and lifestyle facilities. The project is only 400 metres from the recently refurbished Epping rail and bus stations and is only a 25-minute commute to the Sydney CBD.

Marine’s Hill residents will also benefit from Australia’s biggest public transport project - the North West Rail Link – which is due for completion in 2019 and will provide a direct link to another employment hub, the Norwest Business Centre. Residents will also benefit from the recent $550 million upgrade to the nearby M2 Motorway.

Simon Platt, General Manager of Kinsale Property Group, the project’s estate agent, said the boutique development has already appealed to local buyers due to its intimate, low-rise nature and its seamless integration with surrounding leafy, tree-lined streets.

“Through careful collaboration with the architectural and interior design teams, Chiwayland have designed a unique residential community that will offer only a small number of premium, contemporary apartments, while still embracing the suburb’s quaint and peaceful surrounds,” Mr Platt said.

“Each apartment has its own large balcony, overlooking the leafy tree-lined streets below and a central landscaped garden will provide a lush outdoor retreat for residents to enjoy.”

With the NSW State Government’s recent announcement of its plans to transform Epping into a major town centre and create thousands of new homes, Marine’s Hill presents buyers with a unique opportunity to invest in a priority precinct, set to experience major long-term growth.

“We’re already seeing a significant level of interest in the development’s second stage from buyers wanting to take advantage of the strong growth prospects of Epping,” Mr Platt added.

Marine’s Hill is due for completion in late 2017.
