Central Element Dials Up Design for North Shore Play

Blue-ribbon Sydney developer Central Element has doubled down on its move into Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

And the builder-developer has tapped architects among Sydney’s best to lead the design and development application process for its latest sites at Neutral Bay and Mosman. 

Central Element acquired two sites—at 25-31 Bond Street at Mosman and 54-64 Barry Street at Neutral Bay—in off-market deals.
