Central Element Forges Ahead with Lavender Bay Scheme

Central Element Lavender Bay EDM

High-profile developer Central Element is pushing ahead with its plans for a 140-apartment tower in a tightly held Lower North Shore enclave.

The 20-storey project is proposed for a 2305sq m site at 64-66 Lavender Street and 3-7 Middlemiss Street at Lavender Bay, about 4km by road over the Sydney Harbour Bridge from the CBD.

Central Element submitted the plans via the state-led pathway after it was recommended by the Housing Delivery Authority this year for fast-tracking and has now had SEARs issued.
