Celsius Property Group has cleared the final planning challenge for the “largest mixed-use project to be undertaken” in North Perth.

There was a lot at stake for the Perth-based developer, who expected to sign up a builder soon and who has sold $50-million worth of apartments off the plan.

The main issue was traffic visibility around the building and a major column at the corner of the site at 387 Fitzgerald Street, which, authorities feared, could prevent the widening of the road in the future.
