Bellevue's 'Leura' Sets Sale Record

The Bellevue Hill trophy home, Leura, has set a new suburb record selling for more than $30 million.

Listed by Ray White Double Bay's Michael Finger, the property was sold by businessman Ken Allen and wife Christine to an Australian Chinese buyer the day before its scheduled private auction.
