Significant Melbourne Land Development Opportunity Up For Tender

Ballarto-Rd-Aerial2

RPM Real Estate Group have listed for sale one of Melbourne’s most significant land development opportunities for 2016.

The 115.75 hectare property is located on Ballarto Road, Clyde, within the rapidly growing South Eastern corridor of Melbourne and represents a rare opportunity to acquire a large scale PSP approved parcel of land.

The development is expected to yield in excess of 1700 residential lots in addition to a new school and over 10 hectares of open space and sporting facilities and is anticipated to generate strong interest from both local and international purchasers, including a large contingent of Asian purchasers keen to secure holdings in the corridor.

The site adjoins the proposed future major Town Centre and is in close proximity to the future Clyde railway station, to be developed as part of the planned extension of the Victorian metropolitan rail network.

The transaction is being managed by RPM’s Urban Land Division, a specialist transaction and advisory division responsible for some of Victoria’s most significant transactions. Research backed and with development skills in house, the business unit offers a niche and sophisticated approach to the acquisition and sale of land. The burgeoning division has sold in excess of $1 billion dollars in transactions counting some of Australia’s and South East Asia’s biggest developers as clients.

“The division is expanding rapidly under the direction of Manager, Christian Ranieri, who brings a dynamic and unique skill set to the business and is supported by a talented and experienced research team,” said Kevin Brown CEO of RPM.

Last financial year the RPM business sold in excess of 4000 residential retail lots reflecting almost 25% of the total land sales in Victoria. In addition we monitor in excess of 180 live projects providing us with unmatched intelligence to support clients we advise in the acquisition of land. Our clients receive the highest level of service and the advice they need to be confident in their purchasing decisions.

The Ballarto Road, Clyde opportunity will be developed into one of Victoria’s most exciting new communities.
