Approvals are pumping up the development pipeline of residential towers in two fast-emerging Surfers Paradise highrise enclaves.
Plans for a 23-storey tower comprising 76 apartments have been given the green light for Chevron Island and at nearby Sunset Boulevard a 33-storey with 62 units has got the nod.
Both of the proposed developments were pushed through the City of Gold Coast planning process within five months of being lodged.
