Sector Brings 10 Sites to Market at Altona Business Park

sector spons

Leading property developer Sector Property Group has just released 10 lots of its Altona Business Park to market in the highly sought-after inner western pocket.

As part of the project’s first stage, the lots range from 1402sq m to 1875sq m and are at 341-359 Kororoit Creek Road, Altona, west of Melbourne.

Sitting under a Zoning (IN1Z) complemented by great surrounding infrastructure in a thriving industrial precinct, the lots provide fantastic potential for a range of commercial uses.

Sector development manager Thomas Patterson (main image) said “Altona Business Park presents a rare opportunity to secure limited industrial lots within the rapidly growing inner north industrial corridor”.

Selling agent Fergus Pragnell from CBRE said “These lots are in genuine last-mile location just 10km from the CBD. Given the continued demand we are currently experiencing, these sites won’t be on the market for long.”

Sector transactions manager Simon Spicer said “the lots benefit from unrivalled access to major infrastructure, situated just 6.5km from Yarraville and the proposed West Gate tunnel entrance, while the M1 brings Avalon Airport and Geelong within a 40-minute drive”.

Altona Business Park is strategically located 12km from Melbourne CBD in a well-established industrial corridor where multinationals such as Toll and DB Schenker already operate.

Benefitting from close access to Millers Junction with retailers, such as Bunnings, Woolworths, Officeworks, JB HiFi, BWS and TK Maxx, just 2km away in an area where residential projects are also booming.

The sites are ideally suited for e-commerce businesses. With the rise of online commerce only accelerating in the last two years due in part to the COVID-19 pandemic, these lots are expected to sell out quickly.

Each lot has NBN, water, power and gas connections.

“In a truly unbeatable location, the site is expected to attract business owners who have been renting premises just waiting for an opportunity to buy in the area,” Patterson said.

The first stage of Altona Business Park is now for sale via expressions of interest campaign, closing on April 25.

To find out more contact selling agents Savills and CBRE to enquire about the available lots.

Sector Property Group has a pipeline of 35 projects delivered and in progress with an end value of $500 million.

With more than 20 years of experience, Sector has consolidated itself as a pioneer in the commercial development industry and is now pushing into the industrial land market with successful releases launched during the past two years.
