Holdmark Files Office-Hotel Conversion Plans

Holdmark Files Office-Hotel Conversion at 20 Berry Street North Sydney

Holdmark is planning an office-to-hotel conversion by fixing and adding six levels to an aged building in North Sydney.

The private developer was hoping for a smoother pathway to approval on the 1395sq m site at 20 Berry Street, after lengthy and continuing delays on its InterContinental Parramatta plans.

The new 22-storey tower in North Sydney was designed by Studio SC architects and had 249 guestrooms at an estimated cost of $62 million.
