Wel.Co Unlocks 100ha Ballan Site for $325m Housing Estate
Wel.Co has secured approval for its plan to develop 98.5ha of land in a regional Victorian town that could increase the population by at least half.
The developer has secured an amendment to the Moorabool Planning Scheme for its masterplanned residential community proposal at of Ballan, 80km north-west of Melbourne CBD.
Ballan currently has a population of about 3600 people. The new estate would provide 850 homes.
