Villa World Launches New Estate For Gold Coast Satellite City

h

The Gold Coast based company acquired the 11.2 hectare site at Edwardson Drive from Polaris Coomera in July with civil works beginning in July, the first homes due for completion in February 2015 and a new Sales Office and Display home ready in December 2014. The site is expected to yield 107 lots in total.

Managing Director of Villa World, Craig Treasure

expects strong sales on the site due to its easy access to both Gold Coast and Brisbane CBDs and a host of daily amenities. According to the Coomera Investor Summary, local and state government has earmarked the regions as a new satellite city.

“As soon as we saw the site we knew that it held great potential as a location to deliver a relaxing family lifestyle and be incredibly convenient for both work and play opportunities,” Mr Treasure said.

“To deliver on that potential Villa World takes a unique approach to deliver a community environment. Parkside has been architecturally coordinated from the outset to blend streets of complimentary designs into an integrated address. So our residents have a beautiful, cohesive living environment from the very first day they move in.”

All homes at Parkside will feature quality fixtures and finishes, sophisticated interiors and a combination of mixed material and rendered exteriors for a modern, contemporary finish. Homes boast modern kitchens with stone bench tops, gas cooktops and stainless steel appliances, remote lock-up garage and landscaping.

A range of contemporary Villa World homes designed to complement the surrounding environment will offer true parkside livability for the site. These four bedroom family homes come fully landscaped and ready-to-live-in, featuring spacious open plan living areas; covered outdoor patios; premium finishes like stone kitchen benchtops; rendered exteriors in natural colour schemes; and a double lock-up garage.

Parkside at Coomera will offer a vibrant lifestyle with the residential community located close to shopping, schools and transport.

Educational facilities in the area include Coomera Rivers State School, Pimpama State Secondary College, Upper Coomera State College, Coomera Primary School, Coomera Springs State School, Saint Stephen's College and Pimpama State Secondary College.

Shopping is convenient, with nearby outlets including Woolworth Coomera West and the Coomera City Centre, which includes a post office, chemist, vet and bakery.

More shopping can be found nearby at Ormeau and Oxenford, while Logan Hyperdome and HelensvaleTown Centre are only a short drive away. The community also has good access to transport, with the M1 nearby (Brisbane is only a 40 minute drive) and the Coomera Train Station just minutes away.
