Now, the founder of Fraser and Partners is challenging the prevailing opinion that converting vacant offices to residential spaces isn’t viable.
“I tour the city now and just feel this incredible absence of people and creative business,” Fraser tells The Urban Developer. “And I feel like it’s just waiting to be revitalised.”
