Plans have been filed for a site in Adelaide’s East End that could become the city’s biggest student accommodation tower.
The proposal for the 35-storey highrise next to Hindmarsh Square is among a rising number of student digs being lured to the state by its modest taxes and surcharges for the sector, the lowest in the nation.
The Hindmarsh Square PBSA tower plans have been filed by Pulteney Street Student Accommodation, which is led by Damien Ellis, Jon Whittle and Peter Bergin.
