Upscaled Tower Plans Triple Down at Broadbeach
Upscaled plans comprising more than triple the number of apartments have been filed for an approved Gold Coast tower site after its footprint was expanded.
The Broadbeach proposal is for a 24-storey tower of 96 apartments across two amalgamated lots spanning 1219sq m at 38-40 Australia Avenue.
It supersedes previous approved plans for a 23-storey tower with 31 apartments for the single 602sq m lot at 38 Australia Avenue, at the corner with Jubilee Avenue.
