TUD Awards Winner: Development of the Year - Mixed-Use

The fourth annual The Urban Developer Awards, in association with Trilogy Funds, recognises standout property industry performers from across Australasia.

The awards program is delivered digitally, replacing the previously-held black-tie gala dinner with our virtual celebration of content.

Today, we celebrate Development of the Year - Mixed-Use, proudly presented by Colin Biggers & Paisley.

This award recognises excellence in the development of mixed-use precincts.

The finalists for Development of the Year - Mixed-Use are:

  • The Base Mitcham
    Sector Property Group

  • The Aristocrat of Rose Bay
    Luxcon Group
