Thirdi Files Hunter Valley Manufactured Home Plans
Thirdi is pushing ahead with its Hunter Valley seniors land lease project that would boost the population of the rural locality by thousands.
The Sydney developer has filed a concept development application with the Maitland City Council for a manufactured homes estate that is being considered via the State Significant Development pathway.
The 125ha site at 559 Anambah Road, Gosforth, is 12km north-west of the Maitland town centre.
