Recreation Club Plots Seniors Village at Tumbi Umbi
Plans have been revealed to develop a large-scale retirement village next to a licensed club on the NSW Central Coast.
Mingara Leisure Group is planning the facility at the Mingara Recreation Club at Tumbi Umbi, about 100km north of Sydney, at an estimated cost of $172 million.
The proposal, part of a larger precinct development at the club, comprises 219 independent living units (ILUs) and 39 high-care suites for the site at 14 Mingara Drive.
