Sell Out Success For CABE's Shiyan Residences

H

Unprecedented demand has been achieved for the unique turn-key development, Shiyan, located within the highly successful The Hermitage masterplanned estate, with the first and second stage of the exclusive collection of 53 residences sold out within days of their release. The final Stage 3 comprising 20 torrens title terraces has now been released to registered buyers pricing from $575,000.

Multi award winning property developer, CABE, in collaboration with residential builder and developer Sekisui House Australia launched the premium homes to the market in June, offering buyers the chance to secure one of the homes which included villa style one- bedroom studios, three-bedroom terraces and luxury designer four-bedroom homes.

CABE Managing Director, Lou Zivanovic said the success of Shiyan can be attributed to the unique nature of its offering including studios and terraces available in a masterplanned community that is traditionally classified by house and land packages.

“A further key selling point for Shiyan is the incorporation of leading design principles very often seen in high-end inner city developments which have been incorporated into an affordable collection of homes in Sydney’s booming south-west,” said Mr Zivanovic.

“The aspiration of buyers to live at The Hermitage has been established now for many years and we along with our collaborative partners Sekisui House saw an opportunity to offer something new and exciting in housing design to those aspirational, design-savvy buyers.
