Sarazin Wins Over Hutchies for East Brisbane Project
South-east Queensland developer Sarazin is forging ahead with its plans for Brisbane’s inner-south, breaking ground on Murcia this week.
The East Brisbane mixed-use project rising at 9 Overend Street comprises 210 apartments, 700sq m of office space, and 300sq m of ground-floor retail.
Sarazin secured Hutchinson Builders for Murcia, one of the few residential projects the 112-year-old construction company has taken on in recent years.
