Frasers Property Fast Tracks Next Putney Hill Release

P

Following the sell out success of Stage 1 and the heightened demand for apartments at Putney Hill, Frasers Property Australia has fast tracked the second release of Stage 2. PEAK occupies Putney Hill’s highest point and is the most premium product to be released by Frasers Property at Putney Hill to date.

Expressions of interest are now being taken, with the sales launch scheduled for 10th October.

This collection of beautifully appointed one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as single storey and duplex penthouses, is set across two-low rise buildings – PEAK East and PEAK West – which rise gracefully from the tree tops at the highest point of Putney Hill.

PEAK occupies Putney Hill’s most enviable location, elevated above the trees enjoying spectacular unmatched views across to the Harbour, Sydney CBD and Parramatta River. A viewing tower has been installed on-site for those wishing to experience the sweeping vistas.

PEAK is the second apartment release at Putney Hill’s Morrison Road Precinct. Designed by renowned architectural firm, Cox Richardson Architects, the apartments are crowned with an immaculate collection of single storey and duplex penthouses. These premium residences feature sophisticated urban finishes, generous floor plan layouts and expansive landscaped decks catering to the discerning homebuyers.

With over 60 per cent of the site dedicated to open space, PEAK is set among a flowering canopy of mature deciduous and evergreen trees, including mature figs and fragrant fruit trees. A rooftop terrace and community garden, landscaped courtyard featuring calming water feature, lawn and BBQ area offer residents a myriad of active and passive spaces in which to gather and embrace the outdoors.

A multi-purpose communal room complete with kitchen will be available for children’s parties or more formal occasions and outdoor fitness equipment will be installed for the more active residents.

Frasers Property Sales and Marketing Director Paul Lowe said he is anticipating strong demand.

“PEAK is really special and we are expecting a great deal of interest. The apartments occupy the most sought after location at Putney Hill. They are set back from Morrison Road among leafy green trees, on a raised vantage point offering incredible views to the city, mountains and Parramatta River.

“Atop the PEAK apartments are a number of prestige penthouses, designed to cater to those in the market for a luxurious home in an exceptional location. It’s rare to see penthouses of this size and calibre outside of Sydney CBD but given the demand for premium apartments at Putney Hill we are confident of attracting strong interest,” said Mr Lowe.

Priced from $640,000, apartments will include premium-quality finishes comprising Smeg appliances and luxury Parisi fixtures, thick stone bench tops and modern layouts. In addition, PEAK will feature secure basement parking and storage for every apartment.

Nestled on the border of Putney and Ryde, Putney Hill is a hugely popular thriving neighbourhood of 791 apartments and houses, together with parklands, community gardens, children’s playground, running track, native trees and bushland. More than 500 people have already taken up residence at the community.
