Six Melbourne landowners have amalgamated their land with plans to create a $600 million residential master planned development in Fishermans Bend.
Melbourne-based Planning & Property Partners is acting on behalf of the landowners who are looking to build six separate residential towers.
Under the plans lodged with the DTPLI last week, a total of 1,578 apartments will be built over the six, 40-level towers.
The apartments would range in size from 50sqm for a one bedroom apartment to 64sqm. Dual bedroom apartments start at 91sqm, while three bedroom dwellings would have a minimum of 110sqm of living space.
The project has been designed by Hayball.
