Planning & Property Partners Bolsters Leadership with Key Promotions

Planning & Property Partners is pleased to announce a significant development in its leadership team, with Rob McKendrick and Scott Edwards appointed as Equity Partners, effective July 1, 2025.

This milestone reflects both the firm’s ongoing growth and its commitment to recognising outstanding talent from within.

Rob (pictured at top, second from right) and Scott (on left) have long been integral to the success of Planning & Property Partners, each bringing a wealth of experience and a reputation for delivering exceptional results.

Their commercial acumen and forward-thinking approach have consistently driven the firm’s progress, making their transition to equity partnership a natural next step.

As co-owners, they will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of the business, working alongside the existing leadership to build on the firm’s strong foundations.

The appointment of Rob and Scott is warmly welcomed by fellow directors Mark Naughton, Paul Little, Chris Taylor and Johan Moylan, who look forward to collaborating closely with them as the firm enters this exciting new chapter.

With a track record of robust year-on-year growth, Planning & Property Partners is well positioned for continued success and the expanded leadership team is enthusiastic about the opportunities that lie ahead.

More promotions

In addition to these appointments, the firm is delighted to recognise the achievements of three other team members who have earned well-deserved promotions:

  • Hannah Wilson (pictured) has been promoted to Director. Renowned for her dedication and strategic insight, Hannah has played a pivotal role in guiding the firm through complex challenges and delivering innovative solutions for clients. Her leadership and collaborative spirit have been instrumental in shaping the firm’s direction, and her promotion is a testament to her invaluable contribution.

  • Julian McCluskey (right) steps into the role of Associate Director. Julian’s professionalism, meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence have made a tangible impact on both projects and client relationships. His ability to manage complex assignments with a positive attitude sets a high standard for the team.

  • Tom Morrison (middle) also becomes Associate Director. Tom’s expertise and commitment to professional development have supported the firm’s growth, while his collaborative approach has fostered a strong team culture. His promotion recognises both his achievements and his potential for continued leadership.

These appointments and promotions mark an exciting period of growth and opportunity for Planning & Property Partners. The firm extends its warmest congratulations to Rob, Scott, Hannah, Julian, and Tom, and looks forward to their continued contributions in the years ahead.
