The Gold Coast’s Chevron Island continues to be a pin cushion for proposed tower developments with new plans filed for a 23-storey residential highrise.
Earmarked for the northern side of the island enclave along the Surfers Paradise stretch of the Nerang River, the latest proposal comprises 76 apartments.
The mix of units from one to four bedrooms would rise above a two-level podium and four basement carparking levels.
