Payce And Sekisui House Join Forces For Melrose Development

ASX-listed developer

Payce Consolidated has entered into a joint-venture with Japanese group

Sekisui House, purchasing a site in Sydney's northwest for $23.5 million.


The two hectare property at 44a Wharf Road is slated for a massive development in Sydney’s northwest.


It adjoins the 14 hectare site, 44 Wharf Road, that Payce Consolidated bought in August for $95 million.


The two companies will jointly the develop both sites located in Melrose Park in Sydney.


The Australian reported a spokesman for Payce said that there were no plans in place at the moment for the development.
