The Park Avenue Group has launched a $55 million residential apartment project in Buddina on the Sunshine Coast.
The beachside project adjoins the newly-upgraded Kawana Shoppingworld which has been earmarked for major improvements in the coming years including cinema complex and new specialty shops.
Lorna Willis of Park Avenue Group said construction was expected to start mid-2016 and be completed by 2017.
“The Hedge offers a selection of beautifully designed and appointed 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments up to 134 sqm in size over five levels," Ms Willis said.
"The double-wing building design passively integrates a useable passage way for ebb and flow between community and home,’’ Ms Willis said.
The Hedge will be home to wine bars, cafes, restaurants and specialty stores. Residents will also enjoy their own swimming pool, spa and gym; exclusive ocean-view rooftop garden with barbecue facilities; terrace garden retreat and Parisian-influenced cafe courtyard.
It has been designed with vertical gardens, lush vegetation and mountain-shaped arbors referencing the iconic nearby Glasshouse Mountains to blend the local environment into everyday life.
