Newstead Series First Stage Almost Sold Out
JGL Properties' $195 million Newstead Series development in inner northern Brisbane has almost sold out despite only launching to the public this week.
The strong presales for the Stage 1 of the development have seen 111 apartments and townhouses, or 85% of the total, already snapped up.
John Livingstone from JGL Properties said significant interest was coming from owner-occupiers who were attracted to the riverside location.
“Buyers are impressed by Newstead Series’ unprecedented half acre of outdoor living space and gardens and the sense of ‘community’ which comes from a boutique development,” Mr Livingstone said.
“The outdoor amenities are proving popular, as are the generous-sized townhomes with over 230 square metres of premium space."
