New AVJennings Community For NSW Central Coast

AVJennings is continuing its commitment to the Central Coast region by announcing a new master-planned community for Warnervale, in a perfect location for homebuyers.

AVJennings is building on its strong history in the area, having created more than a dozen flourishing neighbourhoods within the Wyong Shire over the past 20 years. The new community at Warnervale will comprise of approximately 540 lots and is expected to offer a variety of living options to cater to the needs of first home-buyers, families and investors.

The new project is an ideal location 100 metres away from the Warnervale Village and train station, and just over one kilometre to the site of the proposed Warnervale Town Centre. A prime advantage of living in the new community will be the easy access to well-established local amenities such as schools, shopping precincts, sporting grounds, the Warnervale Airport and Wyong hospital.

AVJennings NSW General Manager George Diniakos said, "We are proud to bring to life another enviable neighbourhood for Warnervale, and help people find a better lifestyle and enjoy the many benefits that new home ownership offers. The new development will build on the momentum created by our recently-launched masterplanned estate Magnolia, at Hamlyn Terrace, which has been received positively by the wider Central Coast community and buyers alike."Wyong Shire Council's Mayor Doug Eaton said, "With 50,000 more residents expected to live in the Central Coast region by 2031, Council is very pleased AVJennings will be building another much-needed community to meet the current high demand for housing. Developments such as this help to support the local economy by creating new jobs during construction or upon completion. This all contributes to making the Central Coast an attractive place to live for families and homebuyers alike."The Warnervale project is set to join a long list of highly liveable communities by AVJennings, including Magnolia at Hamlyn Terrace. With the first release sold out at Magnolia, the second stage release is expected in the coming months, with a combination of land only lots and new homes for sale.

Commencement and timing of the development is yet to be confirmed.
