Mulpha Australia is continuing its domination of Norwest with fresh plans that propose a commercial tower and public plaza.
The site, at 25-31 Brookhollow Avenue in the Norwest Business Park, is vacant after being used to support the construction of the Norwest Metro Station.
The site, 36km west of Sydney, is across the road from Mulpha’s $3-billion shopping centre redevelopment, which was approved this year.
