Midrise plans for a $200-million trio of residential blocks stepping up to seven storeys have been approved on Brisbane’s southside as the city’s suburban density push gathers momentum.

The proposal will deliver 189 one, two and three-bedroom homes across an amalgamated 6896sq m site at 30, 34 and 36 Hertford Street, Upper Mount Gravatt.

Brisbane-based CS Development Group—led by Sterven Pantic—is behind the scheme, which has been designed by MAS Architecture Studio.
