Midrise Design Taps Redcliffe Peninsula’s Natural Heritage
Midrise apartment tower plans have been filed for Redcliffe with design nods to the “geological and historical fabric” of the coastal peninsula north of Brisbane.
The proposal before the Moreton Bay Regional Council is for a nine-storey building comprising 67 two, three and four-bedroom apartments.
It has been lodged by Sam Hanna & Co for a 2168sq m site at 77 Sutton Street that has sat vacant since mid-2017.
