The developer behind a popular high-end beachside dining and lifestyle hub is doubling down with upscaled plans for its mixed-use spin-off up the Gold Coast Highway.
Dankav—led by Daniel Veitch—has filed a revised proposal for The Alfred at Mermaid Beach, the follow-up to its lauded The Oxley 1823 at Nobby Beach.
Under the reworked plans, the proposed development has been given a height and yield uplift—from its approved 7 levels with 80 units to 12 storeys comprising 162 apartments, including 98 short-term accommodation units.
