Two-Tower Co-Living Scheme to Transform West Perth’s Hay Street

Hay Street in West Perth has been earmarked for a major overhaul, with a two-tower co-living scheme planned across the street from a heritage-listed social housing complex.

The project has been filed by Sydney-based Marprop Real Estate Investors for a 1991sq m Hay Street site diagonally across Colin Street from the state heritage-listed Graham Flats social housing complex.

Under the scheme, a 13-storey building would front 1202 Hay Street and a 20-storey tower would rise immediately to the south of it beside Mayfair Street.
