Gold Coast developer CS Collective is pushing ahead with plans for an eight-apartment luxury development at Burleigh Heads.
The developer, made up of Luke Carter and David Skeen, is adding to its portfolio of Glitter Strip projects with a mixed-use development on an 834sq m triangular peninsula site at 13 West Street, designed by Plus Architecture.
The medium-rise apartment block would comprise 2141sq m of gross floor area with retail on the ground floor and a subterranean bathhouse, tapping into the wellness phenomenon, which Plus Architecture principal Chrisney Formosa said was gaining traction across many sectors.
