Level 33 Plots Seven-Storey Upsize for Wollongong Towers

Developer Level 33 has filed revised plans adding seven storeys to its approved dual-tower development in Wollongong’s CBD, taking the project to 26 storeys and 334 apartments.
Proposed for the south-western corner of Crown Street and Gladstone Avenue, the development was declared a state significant development in April, allowing the proposal to bypass council assessment and proceed through the state planning system.
The site spans four individual lots across 357-359 Crown Street, 363 Crown Street, and 2-4 Gladstone Avenue, totalling 6514sq m at the site once home to a Red Rooster outlet.
