Kincrest’s Apartment, Office Plans at Prahran Greenlit

Kincrest's Grattan Street project in Prahran that just received planning approval.

Developer Kincrest has won approval for its apartments-and-offices project in the heart of Melbourne’s Greville Street Precinct.

The 1600sq m site, amalagamated from seven lots, at 3-7 Grattan Street, Prahan is near the Prahran Train Station.

The nine-storey scheme designed by Cheah Saw Architecture comprises 23 apartments and seven luxury office tenancies.
