‘No Shortage of Ambition’: Kapitol’s National Modular Push

Kapitol, CIMC Modular Building Systems and ICD Property have partnered to launch a national modular construction offering that could cut project programs up to 40 per cent.

The product is targetting large mid- and high-rise build-to-rent, purpose-built student accommodation, hotel, and social and affordable housing projects.

Four prototype modules have already been developed for PBSA, studio and one-bedroom apartments, with local consultants and certifiers testing the compliance pathway.
