Kaolin Tiles New Range Brings Sustainability Within Reach

Kaolin Tiles sustainable affordable

Kaolin Tiles’ Future Range offers an affordable and sustainable option for large-scale developments.

Currently, they are the only company in Australia with all tiles Level A Global GreenTag certified. The Future Range starts at a very affordable price of $A35 a square metre.

This specially designed range provides a complete solution for your build, with a range of sizes and finishes to suit all slip-resistant requirements.

Having a Global GreenTag Level A certification means it can be used for assessment by the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA), giving you an economical option for achieving a green star rating.

“As a manufacturer and retailer, we can provide any quantity needed for any size project,” national sales manager Staun Rasmussen said.

“This also means transparency about our supply chain, stock levels, lead times, and shipping.

“We track all our containers, so we can keep you updated at all times. We guarantee an eight-week lead time and have never missed it. Building reliable relationships is what we do, it’s the Kaolin Way,” he said.

Kaolin have supplied to large-scale developments all over the world, including the Zaha Hadid-designed Beijing Daxing Airport (pictured, top) as well as several multi-residential projects in Sydney.

Kaolin pride themselves on precision-engineered porcelain that exceeds industry and world standards.

When comparing bowing tiles that don’t comply with Australian standards to Kaolin tile’s surface flatness, it is remarkable, with only a ± 0.03 per cent height deviation (almost 10 times stricter than international standards) over the surface, eliminating bowing and achieving a perfectly flat floor.

All Kaolin tiles are true to size with a 90-degree rectified edge, setting a precedent when designing, laying, and grouting projects.

Additionally, their tile’s average water absorption rate is only 0.04 per cent, again 10 times stricter than the international standard.

Kaolin Tiles director Anton Bourtsev said:  “From our Future Range to our luxury precious stone and marble porcelain, Kaolin is dedicated to quality, this is the Kaolin Way. You won’t find sustainable tiles for an affordable price with a lifetime warranty anywhere else.”
