A tenanted student accommodation property in the Ipswich CBD is being offered for sale via auction by Ray White Commercial on behalf of Receivers and Managers.

The two storey brick building at 17 Pring Street, Ipswich, is being marketed by Ray White Commercial Queensland’s Andrew Burke, Matthew Fritzsche and John Dwyer.

The property is being offered for sale on behalf of Receivers and Managers Shaun McKinnon and Graham Killer, of Grant Thornton.

Mr Burke said the building is near full occupancy and comprises 26 lettable rooms and various communal services.

“The property is situated in the Ipswich CBD medical precinct and surrounding development predominantly comprises commercial land uses,” he said.

“The approximately 624 square metre building is on a land area of approximately 1012 square metre and is zoned ‘MED – CBD Medical Services’ and approved for student accommodation.”

Mr Fritzsche said medical related services in proximity to the property include Ipswich Hospital and St Andrew Hospital.

“It is next to a bus stop and within walking distance of Ipswich railway station as well as Coles shopping centre,” he said

The property will be auctioned at 11am (AEST) at 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane, on Friday, October 14, 2016.
