Property buyers, be they investors or owner-occupiers, have never been as selective and well informed.
From the expected returns on investments to the amenity of a development’s neighbourhood, they do their homework and won’t settle for near enough as good enough.
This is particularly true of a property’s standard of finish, fitments and features.
There are good reasons for this attention to details. A home with a higher standard of these aspects will not only attract a better return via rent in the short-term and, potentially, from a new buyer when it is re-sold in the longer term, it gives a development an aura of class that is perhaps less definable but unquestionably desirable.

Thanks to having such a large range, ILVE can meet developers’ needs across features, suitability and price points.
It means adding European kitchen appliances to a development is that much more easily achieved.
ILVE Australia marketing manager Daniel Bertuccio said the commercial range had come from industry demand and identification of a need not being adequately meet.
“Other brands have commercial ranges aimed at the development market, certainly, but none have as wide a range to suit such factors as features and price,” he said.
