The Gables Box Hill Project Sells $95 Million In One Weekend

Celestino’s The Gables Box Hill (The Gables) project was a hive of activity over two days at the weekend with 159 of the 165 land lots released selling for more than $95 million.

Over 5,000 house hunters registered for the first land release in the $4 billion project in The Hills’ newest masterplanned community. Sales ranged from $520,000 for a 450 sq m land lot up to $771,000 for a 702 sq m lot.

Jason Keen, Sales Director for Celestino said, “The sales result at the weekend was outstanding. We knew with over 5,000 registrations that the weekend was going to be a busy one and it did not disappoint. To sell over 95% of our lots in the first land release clearly shows that the community has embraced our vision to create a thriving new address in North West Sydney’s flourishing Hills district.
