Final Stages of Palm Cove Estate Launched

1d41b16f-0b47-47c4-aca5-15a93eb875e6

An approved 50-lot residential subdivision in highly sought-after Palm Cove, Cairns is being offered for sale by expressions of interest through Ray White Special Projects.

The shovel-ready project comprises the balance of the existing Paradise Point Estate and offers more than 13ha of land with both development approval and operational works approval for the last two stages, 5 and 6, of the land estate.

The estate is 1km from the waterfront in the world-renowned resort and restaurant precinct Palm Cove.

Agents handling the sale Tony Williams and Mark Creevey said the estate and the Cairns market offered an opportunity to capitalise on the strength of the Queensland residential market, which had surged in recent times particularly in regional cities.

Cairns offers an enviable lifestyle and affordable living options compared to the southern markets in south-east Queensland or below the border, the said.

“The Palm Cove market has, through is high-profile and access to amenity, remained at the forefront of demand with consumers considering the location options in Cairns,” Williams said.

“The average lot size of well over 800sq m and the ability to deliver the project immediately to capitalise on the current demand will no doubt be key in developers’ considerations.”

The expressions of interest campaign closes at 4pm on December 1, 2021.
