Sydney developers Fiducia are taking their love of barefoot living to Cronulla with plans for a medium-rise luxury development.
Fiducia won approval at the end of last year for their 12 Mediterranean-inspired apartments across five storeys at 14 Roker Street at Cronulla.
Fiducia development director Marie Doyle said they wanted to bring something special to the Sutherland shire.
“Fiducia has a love and a history of delivering beautiful boutique coastal apartments,” Doyle said.
“Cronulla has always held a piece of our heart and it was only a matter of time before we found the perfect site for our vision.
“We assembled our expert team of creative talents including interior designers, placemakers and local collaborators with an experienced eye to consider all aspects of what it takes for a truly unique residential offering in today’s market.”
Cronulla architect and local Peter Courvaras has designed Callista on Cronulla to embrace the natural elements of the coastal surrounds.
The medium rise apartment includes a mix of two, three and four-bedroom “house-sized apartments” targeting downsizers, professionals or locals looking to elevate their living in Cronulla.
Doyle said the apartments would include the same level of interior design and facilities to be found in a house.
The apartments will feature natural stone, timber floors, custom joinery and an organic palette to complement the coastal materiality of the building.
Surfboard racks, outdoor showers, a swimming pool and barbecue area create the barefoot living a stone’s throw from the beach.
Award-winning interior designer Chloe Matters has been engaged to curate a pared back luxury for the interiors at Callista.
Highland Property Group has been appointed to bring Callista on Cronulla to market this month.
It comes off the back of the completion of The Harriette at Neutral Bay, 10 high-end residences across a medium-rise art-deco-inspired building.
Fiducia has since 2004 completed more than 700 residences across 62 developments, worth more than $480 million.
