Double Shot of Developments Put Forward North of Margaret River

A new town centre and a neighbouring 364-home land-lease village have been revealed for Yalyalup, 50km north of the wine and surfing mecca of Margaret River.

The proposed town centre site is owned by Almond Lake Pty Ltd. Its secretary and a director is property fund manager Ark Capital’s head of legal and compliance Brett Macgillivray.

The town centre, with a new main boulevard, would be the core of the emerging Embark suburban development at Yalyalup, near Busselton.
